∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
∎ Project management skills can be a plus, particularly if the finance function is involved in operational improvements or system migrations.
∎ Familiarity with trade settlements, margin calculations, and risk management processes is crucial in the brokerage environment
∎ Experience in X-brokers software in the brokerage industry or financial markets is a significant advantage. Knowledge of securities, derivatives, equity, and fixed income markets is often required.
∎ Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across departments.
∎ Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
∎ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Computer Literacy: Accounting Package - Quick Book Web and Microsoft Office- MS word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting operations
∎ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
∎ Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
∎ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
∎ Prepare company’s TAX & VAT return also handles DCT ACT.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and systems.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
∎ Manage audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
∎ Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
∎ Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
∎ Foster and develop relationships with customers, clients, partners, sponsors and generate repeat business as well as finding new opportunities.
∎ Ensure timely processing and payment of customs duties, VAT, and other tax obligations
