∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Mush have accounts related experiences in large construction/Govt. Project (Construction) Infrastructure, Real Estate.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of the following areas, preferred: Costing, Auditing, Budget, Financial Analysis, etc
∎ Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
∎ Only eligible candidates are encouraged to apply for this position.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports;
∎ Ensure Petty cash fund management & preparation of vendors' payment advice & Cheque;
∎ Preparation & monitoring of monthly sales report and aging analysis;
∎ Maintaining of all receipts and disbursements;
∎ Maintaining of the payroll, including payroll tax returns;
∎ Handling external audits;
∎ Maintaining of document & record keeping in accounting systems;
∎ Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met following the company policy;
∎ Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner;
∎ Handle Statutory and Government/Autonomous organization's inspection as and when required;
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
