Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all supplier payments for local and overseas vendors, by preparing, checking, verifying, posting, and signing all payment vouchers to ensure compliance to payment agreed terms.
∎ Handle all regulatory payments, employee reimbursements, recording all bank charges and interests.
∎ Handle all customer receipts, by checking, verifying, posting in IFS - Allocating based on the details received.
∎ Support in Customer and Supplier reconciliations.
∎ Co-ordinating with banks and managing relation for day-to-day activities.
∎ Managing funds between the bank accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounts
∎ MS Excel - Advanced (Pivot; Macros)
∎ Knowledge of VAT and TAX Laws
∎ Proficient in English and Bengali
