Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Law, Khowladge of Bangladesh Labour Law
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements (quarterly, half yearly & yearly)
∎ To establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
∎ To coordinate and complete annual audits
∎ To provide recommendations to management regarding cost control or other financial issues
∎ To ensure all procedures of making salary payment in a month
∎ To manage different kinds of supplier and service providers
∎ To improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
∎ To assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
∎ To meet financial accounting objectives
∎ To expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
∎ To serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
∎ To supports budget and forecasting activities
∎ To handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
∎ To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
∎ To follow up of audit findings and recommendations for mitigation.
∎ To train and develop skills of team members for their career development.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
