∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Experience managing social media platforms and responding to customer inquiries is preferred.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

∎ Manage accounts and daily expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
∎ Record high-quality videos of each cattle for the sales team, providing detailed footage to showcase the animals' features and characteristics.
∎ Present videos in an engaging and informative manner, highlighting the value proposition of each cattle.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and tailor video content accordingly.
∎ Maintain organized records of all videos and ensure they are easily accessible for reference.
∎ Manage social media queries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
∎ Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engagement opportunities, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
∎ Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the overall objectives of the company.
∎ Yahya Agro is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Account and Media Coordinator. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accounts and daily expenses, recording and presenting videos of each cattle for the sales team, and handling social media queries.
