∎ 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably within the Travel Industry.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
∎ Strong understanding of cash flow management, ledger maintenance and financial analysis techniques specific to the travel industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate accounting records for the travel agency, including cash flow statements, general ledger, and income statements.
∎ Manage the financial aspects of the agency, including tracking sales, incoming payments, and overall cash flow.
∎ Provide financial information to employees, financial advisors, and government authorities for decision-making and regulatory compliance.
∎ Implement accounting procedures, analyze current processes, and recommend changes to improve financial management.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support the profitability and growth of the travel agency.
∎ Review both incoming and outgoing invoices.
∎ Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary.
∎ The purpose of the role is to manage and maintain financial accounts, facilitate transactions, and ensure the accurate recording of financial data for Travel, Tourism and related lines of business.
