Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
    • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
    • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance & Banking
  • Candidates with CA (CC) or other recognized professional accounting qualifications will be given priority

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure day to day financial operation for office.

  • Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the Project finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Ensure financial accountability by requiring all staff provide proper documentation and signatures on vouchers, PR, purchase orders, or payments of any kind.

  • Administer the monthly payroll in order to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances.

  • Check and verify all kinds of bill, Voucher for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction.

  • Ensure proper paperwork on financial transactions of any kind between organization and other parties or partners (accounts receivables, payables, etc.).

  • Posting all kind of transaction through accounting software. Handling cash, inventory & other accounts related issues. Managing petty cash transactions & bank activities.

  • Face Internal and External Auditors as and when required.

  • Lead to maintain proper Tax /VAT/Income tax calculation and make deposit to revenue department with correct submission of VAT/TAX Chalan Voucher.

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly & annual financial statement·

  • Preparing financial report according to Donor’s requirement and call forward.
