∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
∎ Process bank deposits & Reconcile financial statements
∎ Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
∎ Identify and address discrepancies
∎ Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
∎ Maintain online based program management software. Ensure entry in the system accurately and timely.
∎ Provide support for internal and external audit.
∎ Ensure financial and budgeting information is correctly recorded in the system.
∎ Ensure all financial and personnel documents soft and hard copy are in proper place.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Tally will be highly preferred.
∎ Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
∎ Solid data entry skills.
∎ Ability to handle confidential information.
∎ Trustworthy, respectful, honest and flexible.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and computer, Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Power point) and email communication are essential.
