Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
∎ Establish and ensure efficient operation of a robust Internal Control system in the company.
∎ Implement accounting systems and processes.
∎ Accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, increased revenues and eventually increased profit.
∎ Develop and implement organization's financial goals.
∎ Oversee the investment of funds and manage associated risks.
∎ Supervise Treasury management including cash management activities.
∎ Review monthly operating reports for accuracy, completeness and major variances between actual and budget results.
∎ Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
∎ Work closely with the tax department to ensure performance of tax planning, client interaction and special projects.
∎ Collaborate with staff on income tax preparation and planning.
∎ Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and all regulatory authorities.
∎ Maintain relations with external auditors and resolve/implement their findings and recommendations.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
∎ Must have good knowledge of VAT and Taxation.
∎ Develop and implement Tax planning/VAT strategy to avoid regulatory risk and time to time update & provide guidance to management of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be good in English. IELTS Minimum score 6.
∎ Computer Skills- MS Office (advanced excel, word and PowerPoint)
∎ The applicants should have experience in Accounts, Finance, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Strategic Planning, Cash Management etc.
∎ Completion of Articles.
∎ Excellent leadership skills.
∎ Knowledge of current world financial and economic trend.
∎ Knowledge of the financial laws of the land and other regulatory requirements for compliance.
∎ Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Critical thinking & Problem solving.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, Team building skills, Decision making skills.
∎ Effective verbal and written communications skills
