Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting into the accounting software.
∎ Maintain all financial records and books of accounts.
∎ Maintain cash & bank book, general ledger book, party ledger book, and other relevant registers. Prepare monthly, weekly, daily report/ statement.
∎ Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports (monthly / quarterly) as required by the management.
∎ Prepare the bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Ensure safety and security of account documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ Project accounting, fixed asset register maintenance, fixed asset accounting procedure, capitalization procedure, depreciation calculation & accounting procedure. Checking bills submitted by vendors/party.
∎ Ensure proper and transparent accounting system
∎ Ensure smooth implementation of general administration, personnel management, and procurement, support services and project office.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and other periodic financial reports.
∎ Prepare plan to send petty cash to person and reimbursement of vouchers on certain interval.
∎ Execute the current govt. Tax and VAT policies.
∎ Ensure supportive supervision as per need

∎ Amicable and prepared to work in a group or team
∎ Good knowledge in Accounting concepts and application
