Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and run optimum day to day functions of office.
∎ Manage buying and sales of necessary goods, materials and equipment.
∎ Maintaining accounts.
∎ Managing technicians and laborers of different ongoing project.
∎ Monitor ongoing projects, visit project sites and supervise if necessary.
∎ Maintain contact with different offices related to supply and projects.
∎ Address employee, technicians and laborer's issues or grievances.
∎ To Maintain General Accounts (Petty Cash, Bank, Daily Expense Bills Voucher & Journal Posting)
∎ Able To Independently Accounting Data Posting To ERP Software.
∎ Monitoring & Checking Of All Types Of Expenditure.
∎ Check and Verify The Sales Invoice & Bills.
∎ Prepare All Kinds Of Financial Vouchers.
∎ Maintain Cash Book, Bank Book & Ledger Book.
∎ Input data from scanned trial balances, company expenses and bank statements into the accounting software according to their respective categorieswith the objective of creating monthly management accounts
∎ Able to submit work of satisfactory quality within the stipulated deadlines
∎ Keeping accounts and systems up to date using software..
∎ Financial forecasting, Monitoring spending and budgets.
∎ Auditing and analyzing financial performance.
∎ Advising on cost minimizing and increasing profit.
∎ Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
∎ Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
∎ Help in annual audit completion.
∎ Follow financial systems and procedures.
∎ Keep & update Fixed Assets Register regularly.
∎ General office administration.
∎ Achieve Departmental yearly objectives.
∎ To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Smart, Robust and loyal to the company.
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, productivity, inventory and stewardship processes.
∎ Computer Skills in Basic Operating, Internet Browsing, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making, people management and organizing skills.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounts, Administration, Computer skill
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: Tk. 10200 - 20100 (Monthly)
