Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and run optimum day to day functions of office.
∎ Manage buying and sales of necessary goods, materials and equipment.
∎ Managing technicians and laborers of different ongoing project.
∎ Monitor ongoing projects, visit project sites and supervise if necessary.
∎ Maintain contact with different offices related to supply and projects.
∎ Address employee, technicians and laborer's issues or grievances.
∎ Work with government/semi-government/ autonomous to achieve the company's objectives.
∎ Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
∎ Devise strategies to maximize employee productivity, increase project development, and generate new business opportunities.
∎ Consolidate and maintain administrative records for various departments.
∎ Draft correspondence related to any business activities.
∎ Any other responsibilities as to be decided by the management.
∎ Ensure smoothly handling and directly responsible for Supply Chain, Inventory & warehouse, Distribution & Logistic daily activities
∎ Ensure required raw materials raising requisitions and proposals.
∎ Oversee all procurement procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
∎ Set the daily/weekly/monthly ensuring the quality of standard works plan.
∎ Understand the Supply Chain Procedure from create the materials requisition to distribution the finished product to the consumer ends.
∎ Ensuring fulfilled and the schedules of supply chain are followed accurately for smooth production.
∎ Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing, Accounts & Finance Division to solve
∎ product-related complications as and when required.
∎ Devise and review specifications for products or processes
∎ Ensure to approve the right products or reject defectives
∎ Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary for warehouse.
∎ Identify and overcome barriers to successful delivery and maintain the logistic division.
∎ Check overall costing, consumption rate and ensure inventory control.
∎ Generate different reports on raw materials, finished goods, and supply items as well.
∎ Check production output according to specifications and pass for the delivery as per the schedules.
∎ Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules as per requirements under of your directly supervision and monitoring.
∎ Oversee the entire operational process and ensure maximum output with minimum costing.
∎ Reduce wastage of resources, minimize the cost of production & improve the efficiency of mentioned department.
∎ To Manage and ensure the day to day overall operations of the warehouse workers/staffs and transport & distribution department.
∎ Ensure company owned delivery vehicle servicing & maintenance before distribution
∎ Monitoring and evaluating supplier's performance in terms of price, quality & delivery.
∎ Communicate with the Management ASAP in case of any emergency
∎ Any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, Robust and loyal to the company.
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, productivity, inventory and stewardship processes.
∎ Computer Skills in Basic Operating, Internet Browsing, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making, people management and organizing skills.
∎ Motor-Bike Driving.

Salary: Tk. 10200 - 20100 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
