Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accounting & Financial Management:1. Manage all accounting transactions for the educational consultancy and the export-import business, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.2. Prepare and maintain financial statements, ensuring compliance with Bangladeshi tax and regulatory requirements.3. Assist with both entities' budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.4. Handle payroll, tax filing, and other financial administrative tasks5. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the head office in China.Export-Import Specific Tasks:1. Manage financial documentation for import-export activities, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation.2. Monitor inventory levels and related accounting for goods involved in import-export activitiesAudit & Compliance:
∎ 1. Handle internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.2. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations for both businesses.
