Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making all sort of accounting entries such as payment Voucher, Cheque, Journal entry, Invoicing, Documentation and prepare trial balance using in AIS Software.
∎ Preparing Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, Receipt and Payment, Cash Flow Statement and related notes).
∎ Ensure cash advances are monitored and cleared on a timely basis.
∎ Making payments to vendors for goods and services timely.
∎ Able to prepare salary sheet properly & salary disbursement arrange and follow up.
∎ Should have ability to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by the Management.
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
∎ Month and end-year process
∎ Accounts Payable/Receivable
∎ Cash Receipts
∎ General Ledger
∎ Payroll and Utilities
∎ Treasury, Budgeting
∎ Cash Forecasting
∎ Revenue and Expenditure Variance analysis
∎ Capital Assets Reconciliations
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
