Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:

∎ 1. Invoice Management: - Prepare and send invoices to clients and partners promptly and accurately. - Track invoice status and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
∎
∎ 2. Payment Recording: - Keep accurate records of all incoming payments, including tuition fees, service charges, and other income. - Reconcile transactions with bank statements and ensure all payments are properly recorded and accounted for.

∎ 3. Expense Recording: - Create and maintain records of company expenses, including office supplies, marketing expenses, staff salaries, and other operational costs. - Ensure all expenses are properly categorized and documented for easy reference and auditing.

∎ 4. Financial Reporting: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate financial data and analysis.

∎ 5. Compliance and Auditing: - Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting standards. - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial records.

∎ 6. Financial Analysis and Support: - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities. - Provide financial insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
