Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and send invoices to clients and partners promptly and accurately.
∎ Track invoice status and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
∎ Keep accurate records of all incoming payments, including tuition fees, service charges, and other income.
∎ Reconcile transactions with bank statements and ensure all payments are properly recorded and accounted for.
∎ Create and maintain records of company expenses, including office supplies, marketing expenses, staff salaries, and other operational costs.
∎ Ensure all expenses are properly categorized and documented for easy reference and auditing.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
∎ Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
∎ Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting standards.
∎ Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial records.
∎ Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Provide financial insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
