Salary: Tk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• Age 20 to 35 years

Invoice Management:

• Prepare and send invoices to clients and partners promptly and accurately.

• Track invoice status and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.

Payment Recording:

• Keep accurate records of all incoming payments, including tuition fees, service charges, and other income.

• Reconcile transactions with bank statements and ensure all payments are properly recorded and accounted for. 

Expense Recording:

• Create and maintain records of company expenses, including office supplies, marketing expenses, staff salaries, and other operational costs.

• Ensure all expenses are properly categorized and documented for easy reference and auditing. 

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate financial data and analysis. 

Compliance and Auditing:

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting standards.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial records. 

Financial Analysis and Support:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities.

• Provide financial insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
