Educational Requirements:
∎ B.B.A/ B. com/ M.B.A/ M.Com (Major in Accounting) from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kinds of vouchers such as - Cash Disbursement Voucher, Journal Voucher, and Cash Receipt Voucher etc.
∎ Maintain Cash book, Bank book, Subsidiary Ledger of bills receivable and bills payable.
∎ Check and ensure that all inventories purchased are in balance with accounts payable on weekly/bi-monthly/monthly basis.
∎ Must be able to maintain company Accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, Cash Trial balance etc.
∎ Operate all kind of Petty cash.
∎ Cash purchase management and verification of expenses.
∎ Monitoring and analysis of payroll, Salary & Wages.
∎ Monitor and supervise purchase related accounting activities such as supplier's bill provisioning, suppliers payments, advance adjustments, and checking cost related bills /vouchers.
∎ Inventory management and monitoring company overhead expenses.
∎ Conversant with company Accounts and MIS.
∎ Posting all kind of Debit, Credit & Journal vouchers in Tally, ERP or Customizing software maintain documentation timely.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s) of experience to work in pure accountant position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Audit, and Cash Management.
∎ Male and female are allowed to apply.
∎ Excellent technical, presentation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure.
∎ Expert in Tally ERP or Customizing accounting software and also sound knowledge about MS Office.
