Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
∎ Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost-saving.
∎ Manage invoicing, payment collections, and revenue recognition, particularly for SaaS-based healthcare software solutions.
∎ Ensure compliance with subscription-based billing models, software licensing agreements, and contract revenue accounting
∎ Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
∎ Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
∎ Work with auditors for financial audits and regulatory compliance audits.
