Responsibilities & Context:
Walton Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Finance Operations (AP Management) to support Accounts Payable activities, invoice verification, payment processing and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel, and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Verify and process invoices through Oracle ERP software.
Validate adjustment bills and various payment-related invoices.
Process invoices related to travel, conveyance, maintenance, utility, courier, internet, office rent, electricity, WASA, gas, and promotional expenses.
Review and process CSR, delivery, environmental, consultancy, board meeting, insurance, and other operational expenses.
Handle bank charges, IT development & maintenance expenses, mortgage fees, professional fees, and R&D expenses.
Process utility, dining, stationery, workshop, seminar, safety, medical, and entertainment expenses.
Prepare VAT Deducted at Source (VDS) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) before payment.
Create and maintain trading partner records in Oracle ERP.
Prepare analytical reports and management reports as required.
Perform any other task assigned by HOD, DCFO, or CFO.
