Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) / Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) in Accounting or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all accounts-related books and documents (Cash book, Ledger, Cheque register, Stock register, Salary register, fixed assets register, Bank Reconciliation etc.).
∎ Handle daily cash transactions and bank-related activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
∎ Organize and maintain a proper filing system for all expense vouchers, payment vouchers, and financial documents on a monthly basis, facilitating smooth yearly audits.
∎ Track and monitor aging schedule of receivable and payables.
∎ Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required by the management.
∎ Check and monitor financial activities, transactions, and expenditures.
∎ Audit Different project as per requirement of the management.
∎ Candidate must be fluent in MS WORD & MS EXCEL.
∎ Knowledge of TAX & VAT related documents and ERP software i.e Tally is desirable.
