Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the books of accounts with all sorts of Ledger.
∎ Check the bank balance regularly.
∎ Prepare and check all Debit, Credit, journal vouchers and cheque.
∎ Prepare payment Schedule on a daily basis.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation, income and expenditure statement, trial balance and balance sheet.
∎ Maintain personal files and leave registers of employees.
∎ Ensure salary payment of staff with necessary adjustments.
∎ Face internal and external audit; respond to audit queries and submit financial reports as required.
∎ Carry-out necessary marketing activities of the press in compliance with CSS Press Manual.
∎ Maintain contact with outside vendors and suppliers.
∎ Monitor the production of printing materials.
∎ Plan and manage the publication and distribution of printed materials.
∎ Assist Press Manager in data collection, preparation of budget and the report of expenditure allocation.
∎ Help press team achieve sales target.
∎ Any other work assigned by Supervisor and/or respective Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-year working experience as an Accountant/ Accounts Officer, also have experience in marketing.
∎ Candidates with more experience will get preference.
∎ The candidate should be expert on MS Office and Accounts related software.
∎ The candidate should have good working knowledge on finance / accounting policies including BAS, VAT and Tax.
∎ The candidate should know how to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
∎ The candidate should have good communication skill.
∎ The candidate should be willing to work extra-hours.
∎ The candidate should demonstrate strong commitment towards organizational values.
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical allowance etc.

Moved by their sufferings, Reverend Paul Munshi founded CSS to bring hope to the lives of the poor and neglected people.
In July 1977, for its outstanding performances, CSS received the `` Excellence in Rural Development " award from the honorable President of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh.
In September 1998, in recognition of the exceptional work of CSS, the then honorable Prime Minister of People Republic of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the 200 bed Rev. Abdul Memorial Hospital in Tilok, Khulna in the Southern part of Bangladesh.
