Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all e-commerce transactions, including sales, expenses, and inventory.
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries. Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation.
Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
