Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
∎ Handle budgeting, bookkeeping, bank transactions, and preparation of account statements.
∎ Prepare and review financial reports including Cash Flow Statements.
∎ Disburse daily/weekly wages to workers accurately and on time.
∎ Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate records of all company assets.
∎ Review invoices, expense reports, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
∎ Establish and maintain internal financial controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with company policy.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to management.
∎ Generate specific reports and provide accounting information as requested by the supervisor or higher authority.
∎ Perform any other relevant duties assigned by management as and when required
