Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain legislative procedure of Employees Job separation, Final Settlement & payment issues.
∎ will handle day to day accounts in the fullest details, providing a daily report of income and expenditure.
∎ Will work closely with contact person to maintain import of specialty products, ordering them on time and receiving them on time, to maintain continuous service of the company.
∎ To inform key details on growth or decline in certain areas reporting directly to the Managing Director.
∎ To attend calls of clients and also maintain a responsive messaging system client inquiries
∎ Ensure all bills and invoices are verified and posted accurately and on time
∎ Maintain bills and invoices log to ensure all transaction are posted on time
∎ Period end financial reporting on time
∎ Regular period end review of provision and accruals and take action to make them in line with management expectation
∎ Maintaining strong relationship with other stakeholder to make the information flow smoothen for reporting.
∎ Maintaining quarter end vendor reconciliation
∎ Maintaining documentation of all bills and vouchers
∎ Assist to conduct workforce recruitment as per approved budget & update to the Management about daily recruitment status.
∎ Prepare, maintain & updating employment personal file, service book as per rules.
∎ Update Personal Information Management System (PIMS) & other software as required.
∎ Ensure employees appointment letter, ID card, Handbook, Service Book & others.
∎ Monitor the worker entrance, ID card punching, Daily attendance checkup & movement within the org.
∎ Ensure employees leave management & update Personal information system (PIS) accordingly.
∎ Provide new employees Induction, Orientation & Training of existing employees as required.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Significant experience in Hospital.
∎ No training will be provided.

Salary: Negotiable
