∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
∎ Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
∎ Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
∎ Conduct financial audits and assist with external audits as required.
∎ Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related financial tasks.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in office management and accounting roles.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
