Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/BBS/BBA in any discipline (Having Training in SAP ABAP or SAP Technical).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proficiency with ABAP Workbench tools. (ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Editor, Smart-Forms, ALV, SAP Script, Adobe Interactive Forms, BDC, BADIs, BTE, Dialog Programming)
∎ Customize Report Creation (ALV, Classical) Developing Smart Forms. (Template, Table template). Module Pool Programming. (Screen design, function developer) Recommend process improvements to achieve project goals.
∎ Ensure that all programs are completed on schedule as per the company's guidelines and allocate appropriate resources to achieve this. Provide technical and functional guidance to other staff.
∎ Provide technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications to the system.
∎ Train the end users and client representatives is also performed at this stage of the SAP ABAP software life cycle.
∎ Understand the needs and requirements of the user/Business Head by coordinating with their representatives and seeking clarity on every minute detail in order to provide the best possible solution. Collaborate with functional owners, architects, and other personnel to develop dynamic and flexible systems to meet the emerging demands of the market.
∎ Proficient with SAP SD Modules (Company Code, Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division, Sales Area, Sales Group, Plant, Shipping Point, Quotation, and Sales Order).
∎ Proficient with SAP HR Module (PA-Personnel Administration, OM-Organization Management, TM- Time Management & Payroll). Maintain and update existing program codes as needed.
∎ Mentor and coach junior developer resources.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-4 years' experience as ABAP Developer. Experienced in at least one SAP full-cycle implementation is enforced.
∎ Mandatory experience in ABAP Workbench tools. (ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Editor, Smart-Forms, ALV, SAP Script, Adobe Interactive Forms, BDC, BADIs, BTE, Dialog Programming).
∎ Working knowledge of the .Net platform, and programming skills in C#, Python and/or JAVA are required.
∎ Candidate has to be from programming background
∎ Good reporting and communication capability.
