• • Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling and rendering skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and rendering techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and animations that will be used in presentations, marketing materials, and client proposals. Your expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering will be essential in transforming concepts into visually captivating and immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and develop 3D visualizations that meet client expectations.
2. Create detailed 3D models, textures, and materials using software such as 3ds Max, Sketchup, V-ray, Corona or similar tools.
3. Produce high-quality renderings and animations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Apply lighting techniques to enhance the realism and visual appeal of the renderings.
5. Conduct post-production work, including compositing, color grading, and image editing, to achieve the desired final output.
6. Maintain a library of 3D assets and resources for future use.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve the quality of work.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project deadlines are met.
