Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, graphic design, or a related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create photorealistic 3D visualizations using software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Corona Renderer
∎ Collaborate with planning team and project managers to create accurate and detailed 3D visualizations of their designs
∎ Understanding project theme and create Logos, Mnemonic and Thematic Key visuals for further adaptation
∎ Follow established design guidelines and ensure that all 3D visualizations are consistent with the overall aesthetic of the project
∎ Ensure that all 3D visualizations meet project requirements and are delivered on time
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in 3D visualization and computer graphics
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to 3D visualization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years of experience in 3D visualization or a related field
∎ Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Corona Renderer
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to create photorealistic 3D visualizations
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Experience with motion graphics, animation and video editing is a plus
∎ Only Male are allowed to apply.

∎ Organized & Discipline.
∎ Excellent command in MS Office applications.
