• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in the field (Real Estate Company, Architectural & Engineering Consultants).   
• Candidates must have expertise in real time render engine (D5 /V-Ray), model making (Sketchup/Rhino/3ds Max), Revit Architecture as Optional.
• High-Quality Photorealistic Rendering. 
• Professional & Advanced Modern Residential & High-Rise Building Rendering·
• Develop high-quality 3D models, Rendering, and Walkthroughs.
• Properly maintain lighting, shadows & textures·        
• Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and urban planning norms.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.        
• Prepare Project concept ,Architectural Working Drawing and RAJUK sheet, video editing & motion graphics.
