Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create high-quality 3D models based on sketches, CAD drawings, or concept art.
∎ Develop textures, lighting, and rendering setups for photorealistic visualizations.
∎ Collaborate with clients or design teams to understand project requirements and develop creative design concepts.
∎ Interpret design briefs into visually engaging 3D content.
∎ Produce static renders or animated walkthroughs for presentations, marketing, or prototyping.
∎ Optimize render settings for speed and quality using software like V-Ray, Blender, or KeyShot.
∎ Work with software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, ZBrush, or SketchUp.
∎ Respond constructively to feedback and revise designs accordingly.
∎ Model residential, commercial, or industrial buildings based on architectural drawings, sketches, or CAD plans.
∎ Design vehicles (cars, bikes, trucks, specialty vehicles) based on concept sketches or technical specifications
