• Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design, Developer

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Preference will be given to graduates of BRAC, NSU, or IUB

• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and modern design trends.

• Must have strong knowledge in Auto CAD, 3D max, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related design software.

  · Ability to create hand-drawn sketches, designs, technical drawings and other required activities.

  · Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and corporate projects.

  · Create 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for client presentations.

  · Select and recommend materials, color schemes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.

  · Prepare cost estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and ensure budgetary control.

  · Supervise and monitor on-site work progress to ensure design accuracy and quality.
