Willingness to travel at any places of Bangladesh to do field work and conduct different meetings.
Persuasive personality and excellent influencing & communication skills.
Expert user of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good analytical and presentation skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Forecasting.
Responsible for achieving zonal sales objective through his First Line Manager.
Should Have played a key role for market research and analysis, market development, region mapping, region budget, plan, and implementation of various strategies.
Manpower planning and maintain good attrition rate of the region.
Team control & development good relationship.
New product launch and ability to drive pre and post launch activities.
Feedback to reporting authorities regarding market develop and intelligence.
Organizing various educational business development programs for the stake holders etc.
Responsible for cost center expenses vs budget.
Implementation of activities and marketing strategies for sales & marketing team.
Coordinate with the field to study the behavior pattern of customers.
Cultivate a healthy working culture in the organization to ensure achievement to target revenue with focused brand objectives.
Ability to develop knowledge, skill & attitude of the subordinate through on job & off job coaching & counselling to meet the competition.
Any other task assigned by supervisor as per sales department requirement.
