Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve short-term and long-term sales & collection targets.
- Explain product features, characteristics, and quality to the customers.
- Maintain good relationships with clients through regular physical visits.
- Keep records of daily sales and prepare relevant reports for the supervisor.
- Compile and provide the customer’s feedback regarding products to the immediate supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Gathering information about the market and providing it to the management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
- Look after customer queries
