Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline from any recognized university all through 2nd class

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To implement micro credit program following organizational policies and practices.
∎ To conduct monitoring & supervision effectively and qualitatively.
∎ To ensure effective involvement in yearly planning, budgeting and program implementation process.
∎ To provide supports to the Micro Enterprise to implement the micro-credit program smoothly.
∎ To mobilize and strengthen the Groups (Samity) through regular field visit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 (Three) years working experiences in any Microfinance organization as a Zonal Manager with capability to implement microcredit program.
∎ At least 10 years working experience in micro-credit program, financial management, budgeting and program implementation independently.
∎ Proficiency in necessary computer applications, MS word, Excels, Power point & Internet browsing.
∎ Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, government officials and civil society.
∎ Candidates should have capability to manage a team and knowledge about Monitoring & Evaluation system, preparing monitoring tools and techniques.
∎ Should have problem solving and prompt decision making capacity.
∎ Should have commitment to follow the organizational Aims/Goal, values and principal and policies.
∎ Should have Interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership and management skills.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly progress report and submit to the concerned authority.
∎ Capability will have to check all bills & vouchers of the all transactions.
∎ Candidate's should have valid motor cycle driving license

Salary:
∎ 50,000. Monthly (Negotiable)

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical Facilities, Lunch allowance.
∎ Salary Increment: Yearly (As per Performance).
∎ Festival Bonus: 3 (Boishakhi & yearly festival).
∎ Leave Encashment, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Insurance.
∎ Weekly two (02) days holiday (Friday & Saturday).
