সু-প্রতিষ্ঠিত ও স্বনামধন্য কোন ডায়গনস্টিক এন্ড কনসালটেশন সেন্টার অথবা মেডিকেল সেন্টারে জেনারেল ম্যানেজার পদে বাস্তবিক কাজে নূন্যতম ৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
ফিল্ড মার্কেটিং ডেভলপমেন্ট, ব্রান্ড প্রমোশনাল কাজে যুগোপোযোগী আইডিয়া,দিক নির্দেশনা দেবার দক্ষতা ও বাস্তবিক অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
পূর্ন চ্যালেঞ্জ নিবার মানষিকতা থাকতে হবে।
ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টারে অভ্যন্তরীণ ব্যবস্থাপনায় দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
