∎ Workstation: WaterAid Bangladesh Country Office, Dhaka
∎ Working Hours: 37.5
∎ Contract Tenure: 12 months
∎ Travel: Willingness to travel on a regular basis to remote areas of Bangladesh is required. 20-40% time should be dedicated to filed visits.

We work to offer clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene to underprivileged people globally, through convincing the governments to change laws, linking policy makers with people on the ground, pooling knowledge and resources, and rallying support from people and organisations from different corners of the world – altogether making lasting change happen on a massive scale.
∎ Young Professional in communication team will support in enhancing WaterAid’s presence & visibility among national and international audience through vibrant engagement at community, stakeholder, social, digital, and news media. This incumbent will play an important role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance the organisation's reputation, promote its goals, and ensure clear and consistent messaging across various channels.
∎ Produce creative campaign for social media ensuring online engagement and promotion
∎ Supporting team to manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Yammer etc), maintain content calendar for social media, and deliver weekly report on analytics.
∎ Leverage digital platforms and technologies to reach broader audiences, enhance footprints in digital space, and engage with stakeholders through social media, and other online channels
∎ Undertake assignments like translation, transcription, and coordinate with other teams to provide required support
∎ Assist in crafting compelling messages to engage external stakeholders including (but not limited to) press releases, social media posts, website content, photo stories, designed documents, AV production, and strategic presentations following WaterAid’s brand guidance and impeccable quality standards.

∎ BDT 30,000, Cell phone allowance, Festival allowance BDT 30,000 for completed tenure and Health Insurance for self.
