Job Responsibilities:
∎ To file up defect reports, job cards, spare parts requisition to respective vehicle files.
∎ To make photocopy records of all bill and vouchers coming from different suppliers and vendor as per workshop need during office time and holiday.
∎ To maintain register of bills of suppliers, vendor, machine shop and distribute them to procurement department and accounts department.
∎ To maintain register of Over Time, convene bill of mechanics and workshop staffs and submit to accounts department.
∎ To submit vehicle repair maintenance bills to respective programs by taking approval sign from proper authority.
∎ To receive and distribute letters, documents, parcel from workshop to BRAC HO and other relevant program offices.
∎ To receive IOU for afternoon snacks of mechanics, arrange snacks, billing of snacks and maintaining register.
∎ To receive stationery, tea & toiletry items from Logistics department against departmental requisition and maintain stock register and challan of them.
∎ To ensure qualitative cleaning service in workshop floors, tea corner, washroom etc.
∎ To serve tea in time twice in a day and preserve tea & toiletry items.
∎ To perform any other official assignment given by appropriate authority.
