Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct awareness of workers on general issues like company rules, regulation, policies, procedures and Discipline.
Conduct Induction/Orientation program of new join workers.
Conduct counselling of Absentee/late/lunch-out/non discipline workers as referred by HR section, in view to reduce absenteeism, turn-over & discipline
Make Monthly, Yearly Training schedule
Conduct all kinds of awareness & training program as per rules & buyers COC with maintain documentation as required
Arrange PC meeting make meeting minutes & Maintain all procedure.
weekly grievance box opening & handling al sort of the worker grievance
Daily floor monitoring, ensure healthy & Safe working environment
Any others task which assigns by management.
