Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct awareness program among employees to ensure all rules & regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines and compliance related issues;
∎ Conduct awareness program regarding employee welfare related issues;
∎ Counsel employees on their grievances and maintain grievance handling procedure;
∎ Counsel the absentee workers to reduce absenteeism;
∎ Counsel workers to ensure health & safety related issues and motivate them to maintain hygiene in the workplace.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
