Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop interactive websites.
∎ Develop new plugins/bug fixing/add new features.
∎ Develop extension.
∎ Customize premium theme & plugins.
∎ Convert PSD/Figma design to interactive website using Elementor or Visual Composer plugin.
∎ Fix responsive issues in the site.
∎ Troubleshooting, maintaining and updating existing websites.
∎ Page speed optimization.
∎ Meeting to discuss website design and function.
∎ Designing and building the website front-end.
∎ Creating the website architecture.
∎ Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
∎ Website SEO score, Readability checking
∎ Working with page builder
∎ Master design software like Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and any other tools that are relevant to your work.
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
∎ Respond to inquiries and provide consultation services related to Immigration programs, study visa.
∎ Manage Client records and documents, according to the guidelines of office.
∎ Give all kind of legal information by office.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Perform research, prepare reports and submit on time
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
∎ Co -ordinate with Head office via What's app and other social media
∎ Knowledge on worldwide student visa process and other management of student affairs
∎ Design and create collateral, promotional materials for seminar and sales through various channels e.g. Social Media, Newspaper advertise, website and emails.
∎ Additional administrative duties are required. Due to business need employee may need to communicate with client and head office via phone after working hours or Weekend.
∎ As part of work, employee need to travel across country when necessary.
