∎ We are a group of for-profit and not-for-profit counsellors. Our headquarters are located in Canada, however, we have clients from all over North America and Bangladesh. We have existing published sites but we are looking for an online revamp.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create visually captivating and user-friendly sites and/or landing pages using Leadpages.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design compelling solutions.
∎ Generate innovative design concepts that align with our brand and goals.
∎ Transform ideas, wireframes, and mockups into polished and responsive web designs.
∎ Ensure consistent design aesthetics across various digital platforms.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates.
∎ Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Proven experience in designing using Leadpages.
∎ Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Canva.
∎ A strong sense of visual aesthetics, including layout, color theory, typography, and imagery.
∎ Skill in creating or editing graphics, icons, logos, and other visual elements.
∎ The ability to design websites that work well on various devices and screen sizes.
∎ Demonstrated portfolio showcasing your web design expertise and creative projects.
∎ Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
∎ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
∎ Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
∎ Proficient in spoken and written English
∎ Bonus Skills:
∎ Proficiency in SEO practices
∎ Familiarity with analytics and tracking
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be commensurate with experience. You will be paid on a monthly basis.
