Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities will include the translation of our UI/UX design wireframes to full fledged web apps
∎ Use different frontend frameworks to prepare the layout, adding functionality to layout components by using raw JavaScript and API calls, using PHP MVC frameworks such as Laravel to build strong backend as well as the fronted.
∎ If the developer prefers Node.JS instead of PHP then it's also acceptable.
∎ The developers will also be expected to know the A-Z of REST and GraphQL APIs.
∎ Developers must have the mindset to solve complex problems through research and teamwork.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Proficient in working with React JS and raw JavaScript.
∎ Proficient understanding of backend technologies, either PHP, PHP MVC frameworks such as Laravel or If the applicant knows Node.JS instead then it'll also be acceptable.
∎ Backend skillset has to be strong no matter which stack they prefer.
∎ Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
∎ Knowledge on Shopify Polaris, Shopify Liquid, and Shopify APIs will be considered a plus.
∎ Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
∎ Proficient understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
∎ Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
∎ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
∎ Strong Knowledge on REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
∎ The hunger and thirst to pick up and learn new things is an absolute must.
