Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ Bachelor in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shall be responsible to complete WASH related construction - household level sanitary latrines, deep hand tube wells/water points, hand washing devices, climate resilient houses (if required), hand washing station andWASH blocks at institutional level.
∎ Carryout feasibility study for installing WASH related structures and proper site selection according to the guideline.
∎ Develop tender documents for selecting bonafide contractors to complete the construction works.
∎ Provide technical support to the procurement committee for successful accomplishment selecting responsive bidders.
∎ Prepare plan and design of constructions using AutoCAD and get approval from the WVB country office through APs.
∎ Facilitate training for mason, mechanics and WASH entrepreneurs to develop their technical knowledge.
∎ Prepare plan of actions to complete the task within the cutoff date.
∎ Carryout assignments of NSS and CRSS and WVB, Mission and Core Values in communities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in WASH and MHM related project.
∎ Excellent experience in operating AutoCAD designing.
∎ Experience in working with WASH related project will be preferred.
∎ Knowledge in PPR will be preferred.
∎ Experience in liaison and networking with regional level GoB and NGOs.
∎ Excellent knowledge about LGIs and WASH related policies and circulars of the state.
∎ Proven report writing and oral communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Good IT skills especially in AutoCAD Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Other benefit as per budgetary provision
