Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Diploma degree in social Science or relevant subject from reputed National Educational Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary Responsibilities:
∎ CM will monitor WASH volunteer activities
∎ Collect weekly data from all WASH volunteers, consolidate & submit to supervisor
∎ Build capacity of Volunteer to facilitate group formation and meetings
∎ Assist Volunteers with group formations and organize regular group meetings
∎ Monitor volunteers conducting household visits
∎ Monitor accurate collection of M&E tool
∎ Assist volunteers with organizing and facilitating regular group meeting with Female group, male group and Children Brigade
∎ Consolidate volunteer M&E data, submit to supervisor every two weeks
∎ Collect field stories & submit to supervisor before the 10th of every month
∎ Facilitate repair and maintenance of WASH facilities products
∎ Regular follow-up of nonfunctional WASH facilities and inactive solar lights and submit to supervisor
∎ Participate in monthly WASH coordination meeting (camp)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum two years' experience in WASH or development projects
∎ Ability to read and write in English. Ability to understand and communicate in local language(Rohingya Language)
∎ Strong commitment to support community people
∎ Ability to work as a team and motivate volunteers and work independently
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
