Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving visitors appropriately
∎ Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
∎ Greet customers and present menu
∎ Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional item
∎ Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
∎ Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink
∎ Cooperate with all serving and kitchen staff
∎ Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have TWO years practical work experience in reputed Restaurant Hotels or Resorts.
∎ Proven work experience as a waiter
∎ Good physical condition
∎ Must be able to work on your feet all day
∎ Good physical & presentable will add extra value.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Must be guest service expert.
∎ Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Daily 2 time's staff Meal will provide.
∎ After three month provisional period accommodation will be provided.
