Job Context:
∎ BURO Bangladesh is one of the leading Microfinance Intuitions (MFI) in Bangladesh. We are searching for talented individuals with right attitudes to fill the below vacancies for our Human Resource Development Center (CHRD) in Cumilla.
∎ The primary component of this role is to maintain F&B services teams in performing food serving.
∎ Job Nature: Full Time Contractual. But there are strong possibilities to be permanent in the future on the basis of skills and attitudes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming the customers in appropriate manner.
∎ Introducing customers to the menu and announcing daily or seasonal menu specials.
∎ Answering questions about menu items, ingredients and pricing.
∎ Taking customers' orders for food and drink by writing them on a ticket, entering them into a tablet, or memorizing them.
∎ Passing customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation.
∎ Preparing drinks and serves to customers.
∎ Collecting food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers.
∎ Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their meals and processing orders for additional courses if necessary.
∎ Removing used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables.
∎ Processing cash and credit card payments and returning changes to customers if necessary.
∎ Setting tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware and refills condiments.
∎ Maintaining familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information.
∎ Meeting with managers and wait staff daily or regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials as well as discussing upcoming reservations and customers with special needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ 2-year experience in the same service in a reputed restaurant.
Salary: Tk. 14000 (Monthly)
