Job Context:

Applications are invited from experienced and qualified candidates for the position of VRF Cum AC Technician on prevailing terms and conditions of IAHS-H.

Job Responsibilities:

·       To install, maintain, and repair VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and split/central AC systems

·       To diagnose system malfunctions and perform troubleshooting and repairs

·       To perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems

·       To monitor and ensure proper refrigerant levels and leak testing

·       To conduct electrical wiring and control system checks

·       To read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals

·       To ensure system commissioning and testing after installation or repair

·       To maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and parts used

·       To comply with safety protocols and building regulations

·       To provide technical support and guidance to the team members

·       To operate testing tools (e.g., manifold gauges, multimeters, vacuum pumps)

·       To identify potential system upgrades or efficiency improvements

·       To execute any other tasks assigned by the authority
