1. About Smart Academy
A rural Islamic English Medium school founded in 2020 with a mission to provide quality education to underprivileged children in remote areas of Bangladesh.
Curriculum is a tri-stream model: Cambridge CAIE + Bangladesh NCTB + Islamic Studies (Qur'an, Tajweed, Aqeedah, Seerah, Arabic) — Tarbiyyah (character) and Ta'leem (knowledge) inseparable.
500+ students PlayGroup → Class 9 · 40+ teachers · 65+ staff. Class 10 launching January 2027; Classes 11–12 (Science/Commerce/Arts) by 2028.
Recognition: 100% SSC pass rate (first batch 2024); National Science Fair Champion (2022, 2024); National Robotics Olympiad medalist (2024); Ministry of Education commendation; Best Islamic Educational Institution (district, 2023); Best Employer — Education Sector (2024).
Because the campus is rural and remote, online volunteer teachers are not a "nice-to-have" — they are how we bring world-class subject expertise to children whose villages have no access to it.
2. Position Purpose
Expand teaching capacity beyond the on-campus payroll by inviting global Muslims, NRBs, retirees, university students, and subject experts to teach for a term.
·Bring fresh voices, international exposure, and specialist expertise into rural classrooms.
Build a community of Sadaqah Jariyah contributors — for whom every hour taught is a continuing reward.
3. Time Commitment Options
🌱 Seedling — 1 hr / week — one live class or one mentoring call — for busy professionals.
🌿 Sapling — 2–3 hr / week — two live classes or one class + one mentoring — for university students.
🌳 Tree — 4–6 hr / week — multiple subjects, optional monthly campus visit — for retired teachers and deeply committed mentors.
🌟 One-off Guest — single session — a talk, workshop, or live demo — for industry experts and visiting NRBs.
