Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange and conduct awareness campaign.
∎ Conduct Training need assessment survey.
∎ Arrange and support workshops including watershed planning workshop.
∎ Arrange and conduct Water User Organization meetings.
∎ Arrange and support Nursery Development Trainings,
∎ Assist project personnel to conduct KII, FGD, Problem Census, GIS Mapping, BHH verification etc.
∎ Form Water User Organization (CBO).
∎ Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' relevant experience.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time.
∎ Strong inter-personal & communications skills.

Salary:
∎ 25,000 (All inclusive)
